Before You Book Flights:
This is a land-only package; international flights are not included. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights.
- For the Tokyo-only package, book a roundtrip flight to Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND)
- Schedule your flight to arrive at Tokyo Haneda (HND) on Saturday, October 2, 2027. Most travelers departing from the U.S. will need to depart on Friday, October 1 to arrive on October 2 and returning to the U.S. on Saturday, October 9.
- Guests participating in the Kyoto Supplement should book a multi city itinerary, also arriving at Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) on October 2, and departing from ITM (Osaka Itami Airport) on Monday, October 11, 2027.
- Double-check time zones, overnight flights, and arrival dates before purchasing your airfare to ensure your flight coordinates with scheduled airport transfers.
- Airports for reference: Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) and ITM (Osaka Itami Airport).
Trip Exclusions:
- Tips for drivers, tour guides, and on-site staff are not included
- Travel insurance coverage is not provided and must be purchased separately

All BHlue Escapes are set up on automatic billing—complimentary for your convenience—unless payment is made in full at the time of booking. Your total balance will be divided into equal monthly installments, with a payment schedule outlined clearly on your invoice. Charges will be processed automatically on the same day each month, so you can relax knowing your payments are on track.
You may opt out of automatic billing at any time by updating your payment preferences through our secure client portal, available 24/7.
Terms and Conditions:
- By securing your reservation with BHlue Events, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.
- All payments submitted to BHlue Events are considered final and are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
- Reservations must include your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport to prevent issues with travel documentation.
- Rates are not guaranteed until your deposit is received. Pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
- A current, valid passport is necessary for all international travel. If yours is expired or you do not have one, please apply without delay.
- To remain in good standing, monthly installment payments must be made. Accounts with no activity for 60 days or more may be cancelled without advance notice.
- If you’re booking with a roommate, you are both responsible for ensuring all payment deadlines are met.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have 24/7 access to your booking details through our secure client portal.
- Changes to the name on your booking are permitted up until the final payment date listed on your invoice and will incur a change fee.
- Late payment arrangements must be approved in advance by BHlue Events prior to your payment due date.
