Our Bali Serenity Escape begins in Ubud, the cultural and spiritual heart of the island, where we’ll immerse ourselves in Bali’s rich traditions and lush landscapes. Surrounded by jungle and rice terraces, we’ll explore sacred temples, visit the iconic Tegallalang Rice Terraces, and experience the peaceful energy that defines this region.

- Schedule your flight to land in Bali (DPS) on Thursday, May 14 Travelers will need to depart the day before to arrive on the 14th.
- Double-check time zones, overnight flights, and your airport transfer timing to match your actual arrival/departure times.

Important Safari Update:
We’re finalizing the safari schedule (including the official start and return dates) and expect to confirm by August 31. Once finalized, details will be posted on this page. Please do not purchase any flights or tickets related to the safari until the confirmed departure and return dates are published.

Automatic Billing:
All BHlue Escapes are set up on automatic billing—complimentary for your convenience—unless payment is made in full at the time of booking. Your total balance will be divided into equal monthly installments, with a payment schedule outlined clearly on your invoice. Charges will be processed automatically on the same day each month, so you can relax knowing your payments are on track.
You may opt out of automatic billing at any time by updating your payment preferences through our secure client portal, available 24/7.
Terms and Conditions:
- By securing your reservation with BHlue Events, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.
- All payments submitted to BHlue Events are considered final and are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
- Reservations must include your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport to prevent issues with travel documentation.
- Rates are not guaranteed until your deposit is received. Pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
- A current, valid passport is necessary for all international travel. If yours is expired or you do not have one, please apply without delay.
- To remain in good standing, monthly installment payments must be made. Accounts with no activity for 60 days or more may be cancelled without advance notice.
- If you’re booking with a roommate, you are both responsible for ensuring all payment deadlines are met.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have 24/7 access to your booking details through our secure client portal.
- Changes to the name on your booking are permitted up until the final payment date listed on your invoice and will incur a change fee.
- Late payment arrangements must be approved in advance by BHlue Events prior to your payment due date.
- It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date, especially your email, as this is our main form of communication.
